EXCHANGES: 

• Are available within 2 days of receiving your order. 
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all tags attached.

RETURNS:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all tags attached.
• The courier will only collect the item – no money will be given at the time.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via Instapay.
• Shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.
